What is Frost & Sip?
Frost & Sip is a guided, hands-on cupcake decorating experience that turns any gathering into an excuse to be creative, laugh loud, and leave with a box of beautifully imperfect treats. Perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, girls’ nights, team-building, and cozy family celebration; our events are beginner-friendly, playful, and totally Instagrammable.
Think guided instruction + tasty cupcakes + a tiny bit of chaos = a party your guests will actually remember.
What’s included:
Every Frost & Sip booking is curated so you don’t have to lift a finger (except to frost and snack).
• Six cupcakes per guest, baked and ready to decorate
• Plenty of frosting and a selection of toppings and garnishes
• Guided instruction from a frosting pro — step-by-step techniques for piping, smoothing, and simple design motifs
• Custom frosting style & palette — choose colors and a theme when you book
• Full setup & cleanup of decorating stations, tools, and disposables
• Take-home boxes so every guest leaves with their creations
The Experience — How it Works
1. Inquire & customize: Tell us your date, guest count, and vibe. Pick your color palette and any theme details.
2. Secure your date: We’ll send a simple agreement and deposit request to hold your spot.
3. We prep: We bake, portion, and prep the kits. You relax.
4. Party time: We arrive, set up, guide the session, and tidy up. Typical session length: 75–90 minutes (we can extend if you want slower-paced fun).
5. You leave with cupcakes & photos: We’ll snap a few shots of the party if you want — perfect for socials.

Please note: Frost & Sip is not suitable for children under 10. If you’re planning a multi-aged event, we can recommend adjustments or a separate kids activity.
Pricing & Minimums
6-person minimum / 15-person maximum
Pricing starts at $40 per person* (final price is calculated based on headcount and any add-ons)
Deposit required to secure booking (amount reflected on proposal)
Additional options available: extra cupcakes, premium toppings, themed party décor, professional photographer or social content add-on (available on request)

Most parties run 75–90 minutes. We’ll help you choose timing based on your group energy and any additional items (like a dessert table or speeches).

The host is responsible for providing the event location. We’ll arrive 30–45 minutes early to set up.

We recommend an indoor backup. If your venue changes, let us know ASAP and we’ll accommodate based on availability.

Final guest counts and any dietary notes are due 7–10 days before your event so we can prep properly.

Yes — we offer a social content add-on so you leave with edited clips and photos, perfect for sharing that night.
