More For Me Gluten Free began in 2010, when founder Stacey was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance.
As someone allergic to both gluten and nuts, she found many treats off-limits, but dessert is meant for sharing.
So she dove into recipe after recipe, tested batch after batch, tweaking flours, starches, and ingredients until she found a way to re-create beloved desserts that were safe and delicious.
By January 2023, after a move and a career change, plus encouragement from her local gluten-free community, More For Me GF became official. What started as two humble offerings (madeleines and chocolate-chip cookies) has blossomed into a full-scale gluten-free micro-bakery offering custom cakes, cupcakes, dessert tables, weekly menus, and special event services.

Stacey’s passion is deeply personal. She knows what it’s like to walk into a bakery or party and realize you can’t safely enjoy the treats. She believes everyone deserves indulgence, without compromise.
From custom wedding cakes to cozy weekly pastry orders for local families, Stacey treats every dessert as a promise: that allergy-safe doesn’t mean taste-less.
