More For Me Gluten Free began in 2010, when founder Stacey was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. As someone allergic to both gluten and nuts, she found many treats off-limits — but dessert is meant for sharing.

So she dove into recipe after recipe, tested batch after batch, tweaking flours, starches, and ingredients until she found a way to re-create beloved desserts that were safe and delicious.

By January 2023, after a move and a career change, plus encouragement from her local gluten-free community, More For Me GF became official. What started as two humble offerings (madeleines and chocolate-chip cookies) has blossomed into a full-scale gluten-free micro-bakery offering custom cakes, cupcakes, dessert tables, weekly menus, and special event services.

Stacey’s passion is deeply personal. She knows what it’s like to walk into a bakery or party and realize you can’t safely enjoy the treats. She believes everyone deserves indulgence — without compromise.

From custom wedding cakes to cozy weekly pastry orders for local families, Stacey treats every dessert as a promise: that allergy-safe doesn’t mean taste-less.
