All products are free from gluten, nuts, and dairy, and are baked fresh to order in a residential kitchen. At More for Me, those with allergies to gluten, nuts, and dairy finally get to have more dessert instead of less! About the Owner Hi, I'm Stacey! I've been on a mission to create delicious gluten free baked goods since I became gluten free in 2010. It has been a long journey, with many trials and test batches along the way. As someone who is allergic to both gluten and nuts, I have a passion for creating desserts that are delicious, unique, and accessible to an allergy-conscious community. Forget about that weird gluten free taste and texture - your "glutinous" friends will never know the difference! What is a Madeleine? A Madeleine is a small teacake commonly recognized for its dainty seashell shape. These tiny cakes are soft and buttery, with a spongey consistency and a sweet-but-not-too-sweet flavor. We're kosher (sort-of)... While we do not have an official kosher certification, all ingredients are 100% kosher and dairy free, and are processed in a kosher kitchen on pareve equipment. Order Policies Please note that all items are baked fresh to order, and therefore require at least 48 hours notice between the time an order is placed and the requested pickup or delivery date. For larger orders that include multiple items or custom requests, a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice is highly encouraged. As a small, solo-operated business, availability varies week-to-week and quick turnarounds may not always be available. Kindly note that any order placed with a turnaround time of under 48 hours may not be able to be fulfilled; those that are able to be fulfilled are subject to a rush order fee determined by the size and intricacy of the order.
