Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Artisan reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to any causes beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.

All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.

We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Please note that all items are baked fresh to order, and therefore require at least 72 hours notice between the time an order is confirmed and the requested pickup or delivery date. For larger orders that include multiple items or custom requests, a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice is highly encouraged. As a small, solo-operated business, availability varies week-to-week and quick turnarounds may not always be available. Kindly note that any order placed with a turnaround time of under 72 hours may not be able to be fulfilled; those that are able to be fulfilled are subject to a rush order fee determined by the size and intricacy of the order.
